I understand that I do not have the funding or time to travel to the four mega cities that I listed. I intend to represent these issues with the locations and tools I have available. Although these centers are the best examples; institutions of urban expansion are visible in rural areas as well.I intend to take a minimalistic representational approach to the photos creating and finding patterns and designs within. Blurry, experimental, and even cheesy.

Much better. I really like where you are going with the last two pictures.

i like this a lot better than your first photo-- especially the last two photos.
I am with the rest of them--The last two are excellent and not cheezy.
They work because the can be anywhere and are almost everywhere!
Struggle to have that aspect to each image and you will have an intriguing book.
Get going--you are running out of time and there is much to do!
that was val.
Andrew, the last two images are great, I think they should all be like that. they look as if the objects are desolving, nice!
I don't know if you are going to use text or not, but I don't feel that you need any text; the images speak for themselves.

Hey,
I really like the last two also. I like the color aspect of the first one, but wonder what it would look like if it were not in the negative color. Have you given thought to using color in any of your other erroding techniques? I'm looking forward to seeing your book unfold;)
Have fun,
Karen
I agree with the above comments. The last two pictures are nice. There is a fun funkyness about them.
Andrew,
These images are a serious improvement. They look exactly as the cover intends for them to look (that being digital and urban) which is incredibly important. I'm not sure how many pages you'll have, but even with these drastically altered images, I don't think they'll be cheezy. Keep working!
