Rebekah's Book.

top 3 are my latest photos.

Here are my images for the book. The first one is my new cover. My book size is 7.5 by 7.5. I have decided not to apply a filter to any of the images.

Hi!

These photos look good. Richards is definitely the best shot as the background is very interesting.

I do feel that for the cover of the book, you should really get in front of something awesome, instead of standing in the art department hallway. You really need to get out in the world, other peoples homes, in public. It is your book, so remember that you can take your models to the ends of the earth for the shot, as long as they are willing.

Rezvan is a bit too bright, but it kind of works She looks pained by the sun a little. careful about lighting and try not to use the flash for this series, it will blow out the paper. You may need to manually focus on the paper too--you know how to turn auto off right? Call me if you want tech advise on the camera.

I like the pictures alotttt; I like how brutal Richard's picture and my picture look. I look like I cried before you took the photo and Richard is melting in the background. I think you should do that in the whole book, with all your models. It just describes the intention and purpose of this book really well. Good job Rebekah!

Rebekah,
I love your whole concept and I like how the statements are different yet interesting. I look forward to seeing what others have to say.

Hi Rebekah,

Your project is polishing up nicely. I like the square pages and that you are not using filters. I can't wait to see your book!

Have fun:)

Your book is still looking good! I am impressed with the clarity of your new camera. I like the cover of your book but since I know it's at school it kind of makes me like it less. I'm not quite sure why that is. I think the picture of Richard is working really well.Good job!

Rebekah,

I agree with the majority in that your cover needs a bit more work. The hallway is sort of an unflattering place for you to be at the start of such an interesting project. Your other three pages feel right on to me. You're doing great, so don't lose focus- and take a million pictures of your subjects so that you can choose the absolute best picture of them.

I agree with Val. Richard Haley's picture is what you should strive for. His beard and overall appearance against the lockers is beautiful. Try and match your subjects up. I also love that he isn't looking at the camera and the paper placement is nice. What happened to the blurring out cover picture you had? I really liked that even if it was just for the cover. I thought the gift of being anonymous was nice, but if you can get every picture to look like the one of Richard Haley you would be taking away from the picture. Try and get your subjects to hold the paper straight and leave some room under the paper in the image. I'm really excited about this. Good luck!

Love the new images!

This book is going to be awesome. I like that some people are smiling while holding their insults. It just shows they have a sense of humor and are over it. I think the maybe Joanne is either not being honest, or is one tough mama and nobody would dare say anything to her that would get them in trouble with her...LOL

Have lots of fun with it!
